The registered office is open and staffed for service of process and state correspondence during these posted hours. No appointment is needed and none can be made. A process server or courier can simply walk in.
Client appointments are a separate thing entirely. Those are Mon–Sat 10a–7p, by appointment, and they're scheduled in advance.

Changing your registered agent is a state filing, and we handle it. You sign one consent, we file the change with the State of Tennessee, and your new address is on record. You don't have to call your old provider or wait for a renewal date.
