How is pricing calculated?

Each notarial act is $15. If we travel to you, a travel fee applies based on distance, and travel is charged per trip, not per signature. If your appointment falls outside normal hours, an after-hours fee of $25 applies.

Do you come to my home or office?

Yes, we offer mobile notary service around the Fountain City and greater Knoxville area. You can also come to our office at your appointment time.

What do I need to bring?

A valid, government-issued photo ID for every signer, and the complete, unsigned document. Don't sign it ahead of time, since you'll need to sign in front of the notary.

Can you notarize documents for someone who isn't present?

No. Every signer has to appear in person with valid ID. That's a legal requirement, not an HB policy.
