HB Financial Group started as one preparer answering her own phone, and that spirit still runs the place. Today we're a team of highly skilled preparers who share the same values HB Financial Group was founded on, covering tax preparation, bookkeeping, business formation, registered agent service, and more. The point has stayed the same: answer honestly, do the work correctly, and be there again next year.
Not every client works with Melissa directly, and that's by design. Every preparer on the team works to the standard she sets, and the firm stands behind each return. We're based at 2815B Rennoc Road, Fountain City, Knoxville, TN 37918, and we work with clients across all 50 states. Tax law doesn't stop at the Knox County line, and neither do we.

Our preparers are highly skilled and share the values of HB Financial Group. If Melissa's calendar is full, you can book with one of our preparers or send your documents in remotely, then review in person or over Zoom, whichever you prefer.
