— THE FIRST APPOINTMENT

Start with the Credit Analysis.

$179

  • Sixty minutes with a federally licensed Enrolled Agent, not a call center
  • A line-by-line walk through all three bureau reports, together, on screen
  • An honest read on which items are accurate, which are inaccurate or outdated, and which are simply not worth the effort
  • A written plan you keep, whether or not you ever work with us again
  • A straight answer on whether you need ongoing credit work at all

— ABOUT THE $179

Here's the honest answer on the fee.

The $179 holds your spot. We block off a full hour, pull your reports ahead of time, and come to the call having already looked at your file. That prep is why the hour is actually useful instead of us reading your report to you in real time.

Need to move it? Just give us 24 hours' notice and we'll refund it or reschedule, whichever you'd rather. And if you decide to work with us within 14 days, the $179 comes off your onboarding.

— WHY IT ISN'T FREE

A free call is a sales call. A paid hour is work.

When an hour is free, somebody has to pay for it somewhere, and usually that means the hour exists to sell you something. We'd rather charge for the hour and spend it on your actual file.

So yes, some people leave the Analysis with their written plan and don't need anything else from us, and that's a perfectly good outcome. We'll tell you when that's the case instead of talking you into a program you don't need.

— BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Set up your credit monitoring first, so we can see what you see.

Every credit appointment starts the same way, and this is the one thing we ask you to do before we meet. Credit monitoring gives us a current, full view of your reports so we're working from what's actually there instead of guessing. It's also how we keep an eye on things month over month while we work together.

It runs $1 for the first 7 days, then $26.86 per month after that, and it's billed directly by the monitoring provider, not by HB Financial Group. Please have it set up before your Credit Consultation, Credit Analysis, or CEO Credit Club engagement begins.

And if the signup gets confusing anywhere, don't sweat it. Just come to the call and we'll walk you through each step of the process together.

— WHAT WE DO

Honest work, in plain terms.

  • A line-by-line review of your credit reports, personal and business
  • Disputes for genuinely inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items
  • A written, realistic plan after your analysis session
  • Ongoing credit organization, month over month, inside CEO Credit Club

Accurate, current information generally cannot be removed, and we won't pretend otherwise. You always have the right to dispute anything on your report yourself, directly with the credit bureaus, at no cost.

THE PROCESS

From monitoring setup to a real plan.

  1. No. 01

Set up your credit monitoring first

Before your appointment, go ahead and set up monitoring so we can actually see your reports together. It's $1 for the first 7 days, then $26.86 a month, billed by the monitoring provider, not by us. We walk you through every step on the call if you get stuck.

  2. No. 02

    Book your Credit Analysis

A $179 session, sixty minutes, with your appointment held and your reports pulled and read before we ever get on the call.

  3. No. 03

We go through all three reports together, line by line

On screen, together, in plain language, so you know exactly what's on each bureau report and why it's there.

  4. No. 04

You leave with a written plan

What's accurate, what isn't, what's worth disputing and what honestly isn't worth the effort. It's yours to keep either way.

  5. No. 05

If it makes sense, we onboard you into the tier that fits

And if it doesn't make sense, we'll tell you that too. Plenty of people take the plan and handle it themselves.

— CEO CREDIT CLUB

  • Line-by-line report review and disputes
  • Ongoing monthly organization and check-ins
Most common for owners

ii. Strategic Credit Engagement

What the onboarding fee covers

On tiers i and ii, the onboarding fee pays for real work that happens up front:

  • Full intake and a complete review of all three bureau reports
  • Your written credit plan, delivered at your onboarding session
  • Account, portal, and monitoring setup
  • Your first working session with us

Full Financial Organization covers credit and books. If you also want tax planning and advisory folded in, that's The Foundation Year.

Not ready for that yet?

Take the free 15-minute call instead. It's a short conversation about where your credit stands and whether ongoing work is a fit, and we'll help you get your monitoring set up if you're stuck on it.

— WHAT WE PROMISE

What we will and will not promise.

We will

  • Review all three of your bureau reports with you, line by line
  • Tell you honestly which items look inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable
  • Dispute those items and document the process
  • Tell you when you don't need us

We will not

  • Promise a score increase, a point range, or a timeline
  • Promise that any specific item will be removed
  • Dispute accurate, current information
  • Tell you anything about your file that isn't true

QUESTIONS

What people ask us first.

It holds your appointment and it pays for the work around it. We block a full hour, pull your reports ahead of time, and read your file before we meet, so the hour is spent on your situation instead of on us reading your report out loud to you.
